Join NovaNet Solutions as a Senior Network Engineer and lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise networking infrastructures for a rapidly growing technology company. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic architecture, ensuring performance, security, and reliability across global deployments.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence network strategy, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-impact projects on time.
Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and optimize multi-site data center, campus, and cloud networking solutions including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and VPNs.
- Engineer routing, switching, and security controls (Cisco/Arista, BGP/OSPF, ACLs, firewall rules).
- Lead network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response; implement proactive improvements.
- Collaborate with security and cloud teams to ensure secure, scalable connectivity and zero-trust readiness.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers; establish runbooks, best practices, and operational standards.
- Drive network automation using Python, Ansible, NETCONF, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent; 5+ years of enterprise networking experience preferred.
- Deep hands-on experience with Cisco or Arista platforms; proficiency in BGP/OSPF, VLANs, QoS, and MPLS.
- Strong SD-WAN and cloud connectivity experience (Azure/GCP); VPN, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect is a plus.
- Network security knowledge: firewall policies (Palo Alto, FortiGate), IDS/IPS, VPN, and secure remote access.
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, Ansible, Terraform); familiarity with network monitoring (Wireshark, SolarWinds, Zabbix).
- Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or JNCIE preferred; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, document designs, and present to stakeholders.
