As a core member of our People & Finance team, you will manage end-to-end payroll processes, validate data, perform complex calculations, and oversee benefits administration. You will collaborate closely with HR and Finance to manage leaves, attendance, overtime, and claims, and you will resolve payroll inquiries with professionalism and discretion. Your efforts will support a positive employee experience and help Certis Security maintain strong regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring CPF contributions and tax withholdings are correct, and coordinating year-end reporting. You will generate insightful payroll reports for management, auditors, and internal stakeholders, and participate in process improvements and system enhancements. Responsibility

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to internal controls and deadlines.
  • Maintain and audit payroll records, including attendance, leaves, overtime, and variable pay components.
  • Ensure compliance with CPF contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements; assist with statutory reporting and year-end processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to manage benefits, claims, attendance management, and leave administration.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries promptly with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Generate payroll reports for management, HR, and auditors; identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support payroll system enhancements and data integrity initiatives; assist with testing and user training.
  • Protect sensitive employee data and uphold confidentiality in all payroll matters.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in Singapore or a multi-site organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF contributions, taxes, and statutory reporting.
  • Experience with payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or ADP.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, dashboards) and data analysis.
