Job description
Join our rapidly growing ecommerce team as Senior Online Store Manager based in Austin. You will own and optimize the end to end store experience across our online storefronts, driving revenue, improving product content, and enhancing customer journeys.
In this role you will partner with marketing, procurement, and logistics to align product catalog, promotions, pricing, and fulfillment. You will implement scalable processes, data driven decision making, and hands on execution in a fast paced omni channel environment.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the online store across Shopify and other marketplaces
- Own product catalog management from uploads to variations, pricing, and SEO friendly descriptions
- Optimize listings and pricing through testing, recommendations, and promotions to maximize conversion
- Coordinate order fulfillment, returns, and customer service in collaboration with logistics and support teams
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, landing pages, and merchandising plans across channels
- Establish scalable processes for cross channel listing, data quality, and ongoing optimization
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of ecommerce or online store management experience
- Proven expertise with Shopify plus or Shopify platform, and experience with WooCommerce or Magento
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics)
- Experience with SEO for product listings and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent project management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and communicate clearly
- Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment workflows; ERP/OMS experience is a plus
