EnergyNova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Petroleum Engineer to lead reservoir optimization and field development in onshore and offshore projects in Texas. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, collaborative teams, and meaningful career growth.
As a Senior Petroleum Engineer, you will design and implement reservoir management strategies, supervise drilling and completion programs, and partner with geoscientists to maximize production while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibility
- Lead reservoir performance analysis and optimization using model based methods and production data.
- Design and evaluate field development plans including well trajectories and completion strategies.
- Oversee drilling, completion, and workover programs ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to integrate geological data into reservoir models.
- Monitor production metrics and implement optimization and enhanced oil recovery strategies.
- Manage projects, budgets, and schedules while mentoring junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements across all operations.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering; Masters preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant oil and gas experience in onshore or offshore environments.
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation and data analytics tools such as Eclipse, Petrel, and OFM.
- Strong knowledge of drilling engineering, completion design, and production optimization.
- Experience with enhanced oil recovery methods and horizontal well design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Data driven decision making and strong problem solving abilities.
- Texas Professional Engineer license or eligibility is a plus.
