BrightPrint Solutions is seeking a Senior Print Production Manager to lead our Los Angeles facility. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end print production from prepress to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-spec results.
- Oversee workflow optimization, scheduling, and capacity planning across offset and digital printing.
- Manage color accuracy, proofing processes, ICC profiles, and RIP software to maintain brand integrity.
- Coordinate with vendors, bindery, finishing, and shipping to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Monitor production metrics, yield, waste, and cost controls; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor print production team, setting clear expectations and performance feedback.
- Partner with sales and account teams to scope jobs, quote accurately, and manage customer communications.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in print production, graphic arts, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on production management in commercial printing environments (offset and or digital).
- Strong knowledge of color management, ICC profiling, prepress workflows, and RIP software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple jobs, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent vendor relationships and procurement skills; ability to negotiate with suppliers.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making and cost control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; commitment to quality and safety standards.
