Responsibility
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on customer insight, data, and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback and usage data to inform product decisions.
- Define metrics, success criteria, and measure impact post-launch.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis; identify opportunities and risks.
- Lead stakeholder alignment and ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS.
- Proven track record shipping features from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and product discovery techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- German language proficiency and English fluency; ability to operate in a bilingual environment.
