Join NovaBridge Technologies as a Senior Product Manager in Berlin. You will own product strategy, roadmaps, and P&L for a flagship B2B SaaS product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales, to deliver exceptional value to customers. Responsibility
- Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and business goals.
- Translate customer insights and business requirements into clear product specs and user stories.
- Lead cross-functional squads in agile ceremonies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with UX/UI to craft intuitive user experiences and measurable improvements.
- Define success metrics (OKRs, KPIs), set targets, and monitor product performance using data analytics.
- Partner with marketing and sales to position the product and drive adoption.
- Identify new market opportunities and prioritize features to maximize ROI.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years in product management, preferably with B2B SaaS or platform products.
- Proven track record shipping products from concept to launch with strong product instincts.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with data tools (SQL, Excel, Looker, Mixpanel) and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels and functions.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA; ability to lead without formal authority.
- User-centric mindset with solid UX/product design sensibilities.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
