As a Senior Product Manager in our New York product team, you will own strategy, roadmaps, and the success metrics for high-impact initiatives. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship features that matter—and you will mentor early-career PMs to raise the bar across the organization.

Responsibility
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives across a mixed portfolio.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, epics, and clear success metrics.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver features on time and with quality.
- Own product metrics, conduct data analysis and user feedback to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Prioritize backlog with a data-driven approach and clear rationale for stakeholders.
- Communicate progress and trade-offs to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Lead go-to-market readiness and adoption initiatives to maximize impact.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to product management processes and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 6+ years of product management experience in software or tech, with a track record of shipping customer-facing products.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis (SQL preferred) and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira or similar tooling; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric with a passion for solving hard problems and balancing user needs with business goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
