NovaLane Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and accelerate our flagship platform that powers modern e-commerce experiences. You will collaborate with design, engineering, data science, marketing, and sales to translate customer needs into clear product outcomes.

Responsibility
- Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform.
- Define success metrics, track KPIs, and continuously optimize based on data and feedback.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver delightful, reliable features on schedule.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform decisions.
- Partner with data analytics to run experiments, A/B tests, and measure impact.
- Lead cross-functional squads, manage stakeholders, and balance competing priorities.
- Help GTM with clear requirements, positioning, and documentation to accelerate adoption.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in software or platform products.
- Proven track record shipping high-impact features and driving user adoption.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (SQL, Excel, or BI tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development processes and tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
