BrightPeak Solutions is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of our next generation platform. You will partner with design, engineering, data science, and go to market teams to translate customer insights into delightful experiences.
In this role you will own the product roadmap, define success metrics, and drive execution from concept to launch. We are seeking a data driven, customer centric leader who excels in cross functional collaboration and fast iterations.
Responsibility
- Lead the end to end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Gather and synthesize customer and market insights and translate into actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high quality features on time and with quality.
- Develop metrics and run experiments to optimize product performance.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver compelling go to market plans.
- Clarify priorities, communicate tradeoffs, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in software as a service or platform products.
- Proven track record delivering customer facing products with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and using analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
