Join our fast-growing SaaS company as a Senior Product Manager. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, collaborating with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to ship high-impact features that delight users and drive revenue.

As a senior member of the product organization, you will mentor junior PMs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and help shape the product culture across the company.
Responsibility
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and customer outcomes.
- Own and communicate the product roadmap; prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and risk.
- Lead cross-functional squads of designers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear requirements and user stories.
- Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate rapidly using data-driven experiments.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful go-to-market and adoption.
- Champion a customer-centric culture and maintain strong stakeholder alignment across the organization.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Proven track record shipping complex software products from ideation to scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and SQL; data-informed decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder management and facilitation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira or similar tooling, and modern product discovery practices.
- Customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into actionable requirements.
- Bachelor degree in a related field; MBA or technical background preferred.
