Join Northstar Tech Labs as a Senior Product Manager in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end product strategy for our core platform, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver customer-focused solutions that drive growth.
In this role, you will translate market insights into a strategic roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, and obsess over user value and business impact. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a strong bias for action.
Responsibility
- Define product vision and strategy, translating user needs into a compelling roadmap and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality features on time and with exceptional UX.
- Gather and analyze user data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform decisions.
- Prioritize backlog, write clear user stories, and define success metrics and KPIs.
- Lead product discovery processes, run experiments and A/B tests, and measure impact on engagement and revenue.
- Partner with stakeholders to align priorities with business goals and communicate progress to executives.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a scalable product management discipline.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in product management, preferably with SaaS/platform products.
- Proven track record delivering successful products from concept to launch and iteration.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making; proficiency with SQL and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and product discovery techniques.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to balance user needs and business impact.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to drive delightful experiences.
