Job description
NovaForge Technologies is seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product strategy for our SaaS platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, capture customer needs, and deliver high-impact features that accelerate growth and customer value.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, mentors junior PMs, and communicates clearly with engineers, designers, marketing, and executives.
Responsibility
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from ideation to launch.
- Gather and analyze user needs through interviews, usability studies, and analytics.
- Prioritize backlog, write PRDs, and communicate requirements to engineering and design.
- Drive go-to-market plans, pricing, and positioning in partnership with marketing.
- Measure success with key metrics and iterate based on data.
- Lead stakeholder alignment and maintain transparent product governance.
Qualification
- 8+ years product management experience in SaaS or technology, with a track record of shipping features.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and proficiency in SQL or data tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience with executive-level storytelling.
- Experience working with agile teams and writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and customer-centric product development.
- Experience with go-to-market planning and collaboration with marketing and sales.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
