Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Translate customer needs into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Growth to deliver high-impact features on schedule.
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and drive data-informed improvements via OKRs.
- Prioritize backlog using value, risk, and effort while balancing quick wins with long-term bets.
- Drive go-to-market readiness, documentation, and cross-functional launch plans.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, mentor junior PMs, and continuously improve product processes.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record shipping products with measurable business impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence across functions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and user story mapping.
- Data-driven decision making with SQL or similar analytics tools; familiarity with experimentation.
- Customer research, usability testing, and market analysis experience.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
