Responsibility
- Define and execute product strategy to achieve business goals and market leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product life cycle—from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements through market research and user interviews.
- Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Drive product roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with overall company vision.
- Monitor key metrics, analyze product performance, and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, executives, and external partners.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management for SaaS, software, or technology products.
- Proven track record of launching successful B2B or enterprise products.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in agile environments across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of user experience, customer journeys, and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor junior product team members.
