PulseForge Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our flagship platform initiatives. You will define product strategy, collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive growth and value for our users and stakeholders.
In this role, you will translate market insights into a compelling roadmap, set measurable goals, and steward products from discovery through launch and iteration. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, write clear PRDs, and ensure a delightful user experience.

Responsibility
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Define a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Partner with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Prioritize work using data-driven methods, customer feedback, and business impact.
- Write and maintain clear PRDs, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Establish KPIs, perform experimentation, and analyze outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology or software products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis (SQL, dashboards) and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with design and engineering teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated user research experience and feedback loops.
