Responsibility
- Define product vision and long term roadmap in partnership with stakeholders
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user research and market analysis
- Lead product discovery and validate hypotheses with experiments and metrics
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features on time and with high quality
- Drive go to market planning and cross functional launch execution
- Analyze product usage data and iterate on features to maximize impact
- Communicate status and tradeoffs to executives and teams
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to a strong product culture
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years as a product manager in software with evidence of end to end product impact
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with data driven decision making
- Proven ability to define roadmaps and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and SQL is a plus
- Fluent in English, German language skills a plus
