Join Nimbus Labs as a Senior Product Manager and own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our flagship B2B SaaS platform. You will partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to build high-impact features that accelerate customer value and business growth in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven leader who can balance customer empathy with strong business acumen. You will mentor junior PMs, influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and translate complex problems into actionable plans that ship on time.

Responsibility
- Own the product strategy, vision, and actionable roadmap for key product areas aligned with company goals
- Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; prioritize the backlog using data, user feedback, and market insights
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver high-quality software on schedule
- Lead customer discovery, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform decisions
- Analyze product performance, run experiments (A/B tests), and translate learnings into iterative improvements
- Partner with go-to-market teams on launches, pricing strategies, and onboarding processes
- Cultivate a high-performing product team, mentoring junior PMs and refining product processes
Qualification
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS; proven track record of shipping impactful products
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL; data-driven decision making
- Excellent cross-functional communication and the ability to influence without authority
- Experience with agile methodologies, product discovery, and user-centered design
- Customer-focused mindset with deep user empathy and ability to translate needs into features
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred but not required
- Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and metrics-driven storytelling
