PulsePeak Technologies is a fast growing product company delivering innovative SaaS solutions for modern businesses. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who can turn customer insights into high impact products that drive growth and value.
As a key member of the product leadership team, you will own the product strategy, collaborate with design and engineering, and ensure timely delivery that aligns with our business goals. This role offers a hybrid work model in San Francisco and the opportunity to shape a rapidly expanding product portfolio.
Responsibility
- Define and own the product strategy and long term roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders across business, design, and engineering.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery.
- Lead cross functional squads to plan, deliver, and iterate on features with measurable impact.
- Prioritize the backlog using data driven frameworks, balancing customer value with technical feasibility and risk.
- Gather and analyze market and user data, run experiments, and define success metrics for ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to craft compelling go to market strategies and pricing models.
- Communicate product vision and progress to executive leadership and external stakeholders, maintaining alignment and transparency.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products with a proven track record of shipping customer facing features.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and SQL; experience with experimentation and metrics driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience with Agile development and product discovery processes; adept at prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Customer centric mindset with ability to translate user feedback into practical product decisions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or technical advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and close collaboration with design teams.
