We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for our flagship platform, driving customer value from ideation through delivery. Responsibility
- Own the end to end product strategy and roadmap for the core platform, aligning with company goals and customer value.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, marketing, and sales to translate user needs into clear requirements and prioritization.
- Lead discovery and validation with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; define metrics and success criteria for each initiative.
- Prioritize the backlog using data driven frameworks, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, and business constraints.
- Own the product backlog, write PRDs or user stories, and ensure smooth handoffs to engineering for delivery.
- Own go to market readiness, coordinate launches, and track adoption, retention, and value realization.
- Run ongoing experiments, A/B tests, and data analysis to optimize features and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a collaborative, high performance product culture.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or cloud platforms; track record of shipping impactful features.
- Strong strategic thinker with a customer first mindset and data driven approach to decision making.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with product discovery, user research, usability testing, and requirement documentation (PRDs, JIRAs, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, dashboards) and experimentation (A B testing, experimentation design).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority.
- Experience working in Agile environments and thriving in fast paced, ambiguous settings. Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.
