NovaSphere Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of our AI-powered platform. You will partner with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to shape products that delight users and drive measurable business impact.
In this role, you’ll own the product vision, craft compelling roadmaps, and translate complex problems into actionable requirements. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be data-driven, customer-obsessed, and outcomes-focused.
Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Define and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned to company goals.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to deliver high-impact features on time.
- Gather customer insights, analyze usage data, and monitor market trends to inform prioritization.
- Translate complex problems into well-scoped requirements and user stories with measurable success metrics.
- Lead cross-functional discovery rituals and present business cases to stakeholders and leadership.
- Define and monitor success metrics; run experiments and iterate based on data outcomes.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a scalable product management practice.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or technical background a plus.
- 5+ years of product management experience in software or platform products, ideally with AI or data-centric offerings.
- Proven track record delivering customer-centered products with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile practices, roadmapping, and working with design, engineering, and analytics teams.
- Customer discovery, UX sensibility, and a passion for product excellence.
