NovaTech Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our flagship SaaS platform. You will collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing to deliver customer-first products that drive growth and retention.
In this role, you will own the product roadmap, define measurable outcomes, and ensure timely delivery through a data-informed, cross-functional process.
Responsibility
- Define and own the product roadmap and vision for the platform.
- Translate customer insights into clear epics and user stories for cross-functional squads.
- Partner with design and engineering to ship features that drive adoption and revenue.
- Establish success metrics, run experiments, and use data to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure effective go-to-market plans.
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a product-minded culture across teams.
Qualification
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in SaaS or marketplace platforms.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping products from idea to launch with measurable impact.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and data-informed decision making.
- Proficiency with product analytics and A/B testing tools.
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment in Seattle.
