At NexaTech Labs, we build software that helps teams collaborate and ship faster. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives, from discovery to delivery, in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
As a product leader, you will collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and customer success to define a compelling roadmap, validate ideas with users, and drive outcomes that matter to our customers and business.
Responsibility
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for a core domain, aligning with company goals and customer value.
- Translate customer insights into clear requirements and measurable success metrics.
- Lead discovery with stakeholders and customer interviews, prioritizing features based on impact and effort.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality features with a repeatable process.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and adjust plans based on data.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support to ensure a successful launch and adoption.
- Drive a data-informed culture by partnering with analytics to run experiments and analyze results.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to a scalable product management practice.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or developer tools
- Proven track record shipping features from concept to impact with measurable outcomes
- Strong customer empathy and user research skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis and SQL; familiarity with experimentation frameworks
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritization
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
