LuminaTech Innovations is seeking a strategic and customer obsessed Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team in Austin. You will own product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver world class software experiences.

Responsibility
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for your portfolio with clear milestones
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver high impact features from concept to launch
- Gather and analyze user research, market trends, and data to inform decisions
- Translate customer problems into well defined requirements and success metrics
- Prioritize backlog using value, risk, and strategic impact; balance trade offs
- Partner with UX to design intuitive experiences and support experimentation and A/B testing
- Measure product success with KPIs and iterate based on feedback
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in tech, with SaaS or platform products
- Proven track record delivering successful products with measurable impact
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work with data and SQL
- Experience with agile development, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across teams
- Customer first mindset with experience in user research and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or technical degree a plus
