NovaPulse Tech is redefining how teams build software that users love. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end to end product strategy for our flagship platform. You will partner with engineering, design, data science and go to market teams to deliver value fast and iteratively.
In this role you will translate customer insights into a clear product roadmap, define success metrics, and lead multidisciplinary squads from concept to launch. If you are a data driven communicator who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment we would love to hear from you.

Responsibility
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the flagship platform aligned to company strategy
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver high impact features on time
- Translate customer needs and market trends into clear requirements and success metrics
- Prioritize backlog using data, experiments, and user feedback to maximize value
- Lead cross functional squads and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels
- Define go to market plans, launch requirements, and post launch success criteria
- Monitor product performance and iterate using analytics and user research
Qualification
- 8+ years in product management in SaaS or consumer tech with a track record of shipping complex products
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data driven decision making
- Experience running experiments and A/B tests to guide product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across product, engineering, design and executive teams
- Ability to translate customer insights into compelling product requirements and roadmaps
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
- Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority in a fast paced environment
