As a Senior Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product outcomes from discovery through delivery, partnering with design, data science, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Responsibility
- Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for the flagship analytics platform, from discovery to delivery
- Gather and translate customer insights, market trends, and business goals into clear requirements and well defined user stories
- Partner with design, engineering, data science, marketing, and sales to ship high-impact features that improve adoption and revenue
- Define success metrics, establish measurement plans, and run experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis) to optimize outcomes
- Prioritize the backlog using data-driven frameworks, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact
- Communicate a clear product vision and progress to executives and cross-functional teams
- Lead cross-functional planning, release governance, and risk management to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in software, with a proven track record shipping customer-facing products
- Ability to translate complex problems into actionable roadmaps and clearly defined user stories
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and data-driven decision making; experience with experimentation and metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence without authority
- Experience collaborating with design, engineering, data science, marketing, and sales teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence or equivalent)
