Responsibility
- Own end to end product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the platform.
- Gather and synthesize customer insights from interviews, usage data, and market analysis.
- Prioritize features, write PRDs, and drive cross functional execution with design, engineering, data, and marketing.
- Define success metrics, establish KPIs, and lead data driven experiments, including A/B tests and cohort analyses.
- Partner with analytics and data science to measure impact and iterate on product changes.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and status to executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Lead cross functional teams through agile processes to deliver high quality releases.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in software, with a track record shipping platform or SaaS products.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven decision making (SQL and product analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and customer interviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated impact through measurable outcomes and a portfolio of shipped products.
