You will own the product vision, drive the roadmap, and partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to translate complex problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing) to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and analytics to prioritize backlog and define clear PRDs.
- Define success metrics, track product performance, and iterate based on data and user insights.
- Lead discovery sessions, run structured experiments, and oversee A/B testing programs.
- Champion a thoughtful product experience with emphasis on usability, accessibility, and scalability.
- Mentor and coach junior PMs, product owners, and analysts to raise the bar across the product org.
- Coordinate go-to-market planning and launch activities with marketing, sales, and customer success.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record delivering customer-valued products from concept to launch.
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and clear success metrics.
- Experience with Agile development processes and working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Data fluency with SQL and analytics tools; comfort with metrics and experiments.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
