Responsibility
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our core platform in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead discovery sessions, define user stories, and write clear PRDs with measurable success criteria.
- Prioritize backlog using data, user insights, and business impact; balance speed with quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver features on time and with high quality.
- Analyze product performance, run experiments, and iterate based on insights (A/B testing, analytics, user feedback).
- Drive go-to-market planning and customer adoption strategies for new releases.
- Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional forums and ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology products, preferably with platform or developer tooling.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful products from concept to launch and iterating post-release.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, data-driven decision making, and KPI definition.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- User-centered mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
