Job description
NovaForge Technologies is seeking a results driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our AI powered platform. You will own the product vision, define measurable outcomes, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Go To Market teams to deliver features that drive customer value.
What you will do
- Develop and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the AI platform.
- Translate customer insights and market data into clear product requirements and success metrics.
- Lead cross functional teams across design, engineering, data science, and marketing to deliver high impact features on schedule.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate with A/B tests and experiments.
- Collaborate with data science to build robust analytics to inform decisions.
- Ensure usability and accessibility, advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate progress and tradeoffs to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibility

Qualification
- 5-8 years of product management experience in AI or software platforms.
- Proven track record of shipping products from concept to launch with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and data driven decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance considerations.
