We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Core Platform initiative, shaping product strategy from discovery to delivery. Responsibility
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver scalable, high-quality platform features on time.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and use data to drive decisions and prioritize bets.
- Own backlog governance, write clear PRDs, and maintain robust user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Advocate for customers and stakeholders, synthesizing feedback into actionable product increments.
- Coach and mentor junior PMs, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience, including platform or core product initiatives in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex stakeholder networks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools; experience with A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with API-first architecture, cloud services, and scalable backend systems.
- Awareness of UX/UI principles and a customer-centric mindset.
