PulseLabs is seeking a highly driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise SaaS platform. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define a compelling product vision and deliver outcomes that matter for customers and the business.
In this role, you will own the product roadmap, write clear user stories, and work closely with design, engineering, data, and customer success to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact.

Responsibility
- Own and communicate the product roadmap for our enterprise SaaS platform, aligning with company OKRs.
- Translate market and customer insights into well-defined requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead cross-functional squads with design, engineering, data analytics, and customer success to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate using data-driven experiments and user feedback.
- Collaborate on go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and onboarding experiences to maximize value realization.
- Own stakeholder alignment, provide clear communication across leadership, and manage trade-offs and risk.
- Mentor and coach junior PMs, contributing to a strong product management culture.
Qualification
- 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B software with a proven track record of shipping impactful features.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (SQL, Looker, etc.) and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
- Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum) using tools such as Jira or Aha!, and writing clear PRDs and specs.
- Customer-centric mindset; ability to translate business goals into user-centered product features.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices to collaborate effectively with designers.
