Join NovaPulse Tech as a Senior Product Manager focused on our platform products. This role blends strategic product leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-growing, product-led organization.
You will shape the platform roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure features land with measurable impact for customers and the business.
Responsibility
- Define and own the platform product strategy and roadmap aligned with company OKRs.
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and iteration.
- Prioritize the backlog, write clear PRDs and requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design.
- Partner with data analytics to establish success metrics and monitor product KPIs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and collect feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, legal, security, and customer success for go-to-market and compliance.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building scalable product governance.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products with a proven track record of shipping impactful features.
- Strong ability to define roadmaps, write PRDs, and make prioritization decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven with proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Mixpanel or similar) to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development processes and tools (Jira, Asana, or equivalents).
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with APIs, microservices, and security/privacy considerations.
