Responsibility
- Define and own the platform roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead discovery with stakeholders, customers, and data teams to define problem statements and success metrics.
- Prioritize initiatives using impact vs effort, maintain product backlog, and track progress with Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable platform features with measurable outcomes.
- Define success metrics, establish dashboards, and monitor adoption, retention, and usage.
- Communicate roadmap, progress, and trade-offs to executives and cross-functional partners.
- Drive go-to-market readiness and cross-functional launches for new platform capabilities.
Qualification
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, with Platform/API or B2B SaaS experience.
- Proven track record shipping complex, data-driven platforms with strong product intuition.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence across teams.
- Experience with data analytics (SQL/BI) and defining success metrics (OKRs).
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional, Agile environments; customer-centric mindset.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability under ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
