Responsibility
- Own the product strategy and multiâquarter roadmap for the Platform and UX surfaces, translating customer needs into clear goals and milestones.
- Define success metrics, lead dataâdriven analysis, and continuously evaluate outcomes to inform prioritization.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver highâquality experiences with a strong focus on usability and performance.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales, and support to surface opportunities and risks.
- Prioritize the backlog, balance shortâterm wins with longâterm platform investments, and communicate plans to stakeholders.
- Lead crossâfunctional squads using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Drive goâtoâmarket strategies for platform enhancements, including pricing, packaging, and onboarding experiences.
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a dataâdriven, collaborative product culture.
Qualification
- 5+ years in product management for SaaS or platform products; proven track record delivering customerâfacing platform features.
- Strong product sense with ability to synthesize user research, analytics, and market insights into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to influence crossâfunctional teams and executives.
- Experience partnering with design and engineering on UX improvements and scalable architecture.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Looker/Tableau) and A/B testing to drive decision making.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, work in a fastâpaced environment, and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA a plus.
