Join NovaTech Innovations as a Senior Product Manager in our San Francisco hub. You will own the product strategy for our flagship SaaS platform, partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and drive outcomes from ideation to impact.
In this role, you will translate market insights into crisp requirements, lead cross-functional squads, and define measurable success metrics. You will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and influence product direction at a company that prizes customer-obsessed innovation.
What you will do in short: collaborate on roadmaps, write clear PRDs, set OKRs, and ensure timely delivery that delights customers and drives revenue.
Responsibility
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the flagship SaaS platform, aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and sales to deliver high-impact features.
- Capture customer needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis; translate into clear requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize backlog using data-driven frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW) and maintain a transparent prioritization process.
- Lead cross-functional squads through agile ceremonies; drive delivery with a focus on quality, scope, and timing.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate based on insights.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to craft launch plans and enable sales enablement.
Qualification
- 5+ years Product Management experience in SaaS or cloud software; demonstrated impact delivering customer-facing features.
- Proven track record building, shipping, and iterating products from idea to GA.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, SQL and experimentation; experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle; familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate user needs into compelling product requirements and user stories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
