Join Lumosa Digital as a Senior Product Manager leading our Platform team. You will own the end-to-end product strategy for our B2B SaaS platform, define the roadmap, and partner with Design, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success to ship high-impact features that delight customers and drive growth.
We’re seeking a customer-obsessed PM who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, collaborate across time zones, and translate complex requirements into clear outcomes with measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Own and communicate the platform product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive data to inform prioritization.
- Define clear success metrics, write compelling PRDs, and manage a prioritized backlog with data-driven trade-offs.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success to deliver scalable platform features and API capabilities.
- Partner with GTM and sales to craft compelling value propositions and successful launches.
- Lead cross-functional planning and ensure timely delivery with high quality and proper risk mitigation.
- Mentor junior PMs, contribute to product governance, and foster a culture of experimentation and learning.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in software, preferably B2B SaaS with platform or API focus.
- Proven track record shipping platform/API features with measurable impact on adoption, retention, or revenue.
- Strong user research instincts, requirements writing, and ability to translate insights into a roadmap.
- Data-driven decision maker with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools; experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers; familiarity with APIs and integration patterns.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
