Join a dynamic, design-forward studio as a Senior Project Architect in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. As a senior member of our team, you will shape design direction and oversee the development of architectural schemes from early concept to construction documentation. You will lead multi-disciplinary coordination, ensure design intent is carried through to the detailing and BIM models, and communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Our projects demand a balance of creative excellence and practical delivery, with attention to sustainability, safety, and performance.
You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with engineers and consultants, and present design concepts to clients during reviews. The role offers opportunities to advance toward leadership positions, with exposure to stakeholder negotiations, project governance, and complex urban projects in Malaysia.

Responsibility
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation, ensuring design intent is realized across schemes.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors; lead design reviews and presentations.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, models, and BIM models; ensure accuracy and compliance with codes.
- Oversee construction documentation packages, tender documentation, and site logistics.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian building regulations, sustainability targets, and quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Professional registration or licensure with Malaysian Board of Architects (LAM) or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in architecture with project leadership responsibilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM workflows, and 3D visualization tools; familiarity with design software (e.g., SketchUp, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and tender processes.
- Solid knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit procedures in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a collaborative mindset.
