Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure for multiple programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to define goals, milestones, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, risk registers, and governance artifacts; proactively identify and mitigate blockers.
- Facilitate cross-functional agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews to ensure continuous delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, third-party dependencies, and contract implications affecting timelines and costs.
- Provide clear communications to executives and teams, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Coach and mentor junior PMs, promoting best practices in project management and process improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in technology or software development.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs on time and within budget in a matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and present concise recommendations to leadership.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and ambiguity; strong change management capabilities.
