Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across our product and technology teams. This is a full-time role based in Seattle with hybrid collaboration options.
In this position, you will own program delivery from initiation to execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to drive value for customers and the business.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple cross functional programs from initiation to closure
- Partner with product teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps and dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and drive escalation management
- Coach project teams in agile and traditional delivery methods
- Coordinate vendor and partner activities, budgets, and contracts
- Ensure governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance where applicable
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressively responsible project management experience in technology or product development
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with budgets and multi-stakeholder alignment
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall where appropriate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior executives
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent
- Ability to analyze data, forecast outcomes, and make data driven decisions
- Strong problem solving and risk management capabilities
