Join NovaBridge Consulting as a Senior Project Manager and lead strategic, high-impact programs for enterprise clients. This full-time role is based in New York City with hybrid options and a clear path to PMO leadership, global programs, and meaningful outcomes.
As a trusted partner to executives, product, and operations teams, you will drive delivery across technology, business, and digital initiatives, ensuring scoping, governance, and benefits realization are achieved on schedule and within budget.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across technology, product, and business operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and issue management.
- Lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and manage resource allocation and vendor partnerships.
- Apply agile and traditional methodologies, tailoring approaches to program needs and maturity.
- Ensure program governance, milestone tracking, benefits realization, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the PMO to standardize processes, reporting, and KPIs across programs.
- Communicate program status to executives, manage expectations, and escalate blockers as needed.
- Mentor junior PMs and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including large-scale IT or digital transformation programs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification; PgMP and Scrum credentials are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Jira, MS Project, and tooling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record delivering programs on time and within budget with measurable benefits.
- Experience leading global, cross-site teams and managing complex vendor relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 15% if required; comfortable with asynchronous collaboration across time zones.
