You will own end to end delivery, align stakeholders, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement through agile and hybrid methodologies.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning and delivery of strategic projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on time, on scope, and on budget outcomes.
- Partner with product, engineering, design, and operations to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Own risk management, issue resolution, and change control while maintaining transparent stakeholder communication.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and milestone tracking across cross functional teams.
- Coach and mentor project teams in agile and hybrid methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third party dependencies to mitigate risk and maximize value.
- Provide regular program status updates to executives, including dashboards and KPIs.
- Ensure quality and compliance standards are embedded in all project activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field; PMP or PgMP or equivalent certification preferred
- 7+ years of project management experience delivering large scale programs for technology enabled organizations
- Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery in a hybrid environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at executive levels
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent) and data analytics
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for programs over 1M
- Ability to lead diverse, cross functional teams through ambiguity and change
- US work authorization or valid work permit for the United States
