Join Apex PM Solutions, a premium project management firm delivering strategic programs for Fortune 500 and fast-growing companies. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.
In this role you will partner with executives, product owners, and engineering leaders to define scope, establish governance, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple workstreams.

Location: Seattle, WA, with a flexible hybrid schedule. This role reports to the VP of Delivery.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning for complex programs, including scope, schedule, resources, risk, and budget.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency tracking across multiple teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional ceremonies (kickoffs, reviews, retrospectives) and drive collaborative decision-making.
- Monitor and report progress, escalate risks, and implement mitigation plans to protect timelines and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and quality controls while optimizing delivery throughput.
- Coach and mentor project managers and team leads, promoting best practices in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced PM certification preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on project or program management experience in technology or software delivery.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification; strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs on time and within budget across distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Tableau) and data-driven reporting.
- Ability to manage budgets, risks, and change control; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Transition and handover experience to operations or support teams; comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
