NovaTech Solutions is a fast-growing software services firm delivering complex programs for Fortune 500 clients. Weâre seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead crossâfunctional teams, drive execution, and deliver business value on IT initiatives.
In this role youâll partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. Youâll thrive in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior PMs.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic IT projects.
- Develop project charters, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage risk, issues, change control, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure quality delivery.
- Align with business objectives, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies; remove impediments; coach teams on best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies.
- Ensure governance and PMO standards compliance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software environments.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification; or strong Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP).
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, risk management, and budget oversight capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
