Join Apex PM Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and lead transformative initiatives across product and IT teams. Responsibility
- Lead end to end project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple work streams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on time delivery.
- Manage scope, change control, risk, and issue tracking with proactive mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocations; forecast needs and report variances to leadership.
- Facilitate Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate; drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure quality deliverables by enforcing PMO standards and governance processes.
- Foster vendor and partner relationships; manage third-party dependencies and contracts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- PMP or Prince2 certification strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in IT or technology environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team initiatives on time and within budget.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; proficient with Jira and MS Project.
- Ability to analyze data, manage risk, and present actionable insights to executives.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
