Join ApexPM Solutions as a Senior Project Manager in Austin, TX. You will lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives across Product, IT, and Operations, ensuring on-time delivery, budget discipline, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for complex programs, from scoping and planning through delivery and closeout.
- Develop project charters, detailed timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
- Manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to achieve milestones.
- Own stakeholder communications, governance forums, and executive updates with clarity and trust.
- Implement and tailor PM methodologies ( Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall ) and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage changes and dependencies to protect project value.
- Drive benefits realization, quality assurance, and post-implementation reviews to maximize ROI.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in IT, software, or operations.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs with multi-million dollar budgets and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Hybrid environments; proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Data-driven decision making, risk management, and issue resolution capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and travel up to 20% if required.
