Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology programs from initiation to realization. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and delivery excellence, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with measurable impact.
As a key driver of program success, you will define scope, governance, and performance metrics; manage risk, change, and resource allocation; and partner with executives to align delivery with strategic priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of strategic IT projects across multiple domains.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria, and governance structures with stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
- Champion Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions to executives and sponsors with clarity and impact.
- Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and data security requirements are embedded in delivery.
- Lead change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize business value.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of PM experience delivering enterprise software, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PM tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations across complex programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities with a collaborative style.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in dynamic environments.
- Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
