Responsibility
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budget tracking.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, status meetings, and executive reporting.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement and lessons learned for future projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or software development environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and project tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Location in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX or hybrid remote with periodic in-person collaboration.
