We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive complex digital initiatives from discovery through delivery, aligning business needs with technology solutions.
In this role, you will lead cross‑functional teams, partner with executives, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders, and ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable value. Responsibility
- Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and control of medium‑to‑large programs across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop program roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Drive cross‑functional governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications with executive sponsorship.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, applying PMO standards and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; facilitate timely decision‑making.
- Lead vendor and third‑party engagements, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and data‑driven decision making.
- Mentor junior PMs, coach teams, and promote project management maturity within client organizations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in IT and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies; experience with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication skills; proven ability to influence at all levels.
- PMP or Prince2 certification preferred; equivalent certifications are welcomed.
- Experience managing programs with multi‑team dependencies and multi‑million dollar budgets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced client environment; willing to travel as needed.
- Data‑driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate dashboards into actionable decisions.
