Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT and digital transformation projects across multiple teams and vendors.
- Define scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and governance structures; maintain robust RAID logs.
- Develop and communicate program plans, milestones, and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Coach cross-functional teams in Agile and traditional delivery methods to optimize value delivery.
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage change and benefits realization, ensuring stakeholder adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement activities as needed.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technology programs or digital transformations.
- Proven ability to manage C-level stakeholders, diverse teams, and global vendors.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent; strong knowledge of Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and data-driven reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; UK work eligibility.
- London-based or willing to relocate to London, with a strong track record of delivering value.
